W Express announced its exclusive partnership with the Korean Visa Application Center (KVAC), becoming the sole accredited courier service for KVAC’s Korean tourist visa application processing and delivery.

Earlier this year, the Embassy of the Republic of Korea introduced initiatives to streamline the visa application process. Through this collaboration, Filipino applicants can now conveniently submit their Tourist Visa (C-3-9) applications at any W Express branch, eliminating the need for in-person submissions. However, non-Filipino applicants and those applying for different visa types still need to submit their applications in person.

The application and delivery fee is P1,900 per person, payable on-site. The delivery fee may vary depending on the location. The entire process, from submission to passport delivery, typically spans 14-16 working days.
