Mapúa University just sealed a new tie-up with ROYU Electrical, backing the Mapúa Cardinals men's basketball team and the women's volleyball squad for the upcoming NCAA season.

The contract signing held over in Manila brought together key executives from Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) and Mapúa’s school leadership to make the partnership official.

Beyond jersey branding, the agreement integrates ROYU into campus life through student activations, digital collaborations, official merch, and recruitment priorities during career fairs—giving student-athletes and engineering majors a direct connection to industry tools as they gear up for their careers.
